Molecule Metadata Importer API

Parses molecule PCB design files into validated JSON.

POST a Fusion 360 .brd or KiCad .kicad_pcb file and get back { board, symbol, meta }.

POST /api/convert-pcb multipart file field, .kicad_pcb only (max 100 MB)

Bad extension or missing file field returns HTTP 400. Parse failure or contract-validation failure returns HTTP 500.
